Amdax wants to bring Bitcoin to the Damrak.

Amdax aims to IPO Bitcoin treasury company.

Amdax has announced its intention to launch AMBTS, a listed Bitcoin treasury company on Euronext Amsterdam. If successful, it would be one of the first company in Europe to be entirely focused on holding Bitcoin as a strategic reserve. The move highlights how Amdax is positioning itself as one of the most prominent crypto companies in Europe.

In the US, MicroStrategy has become the symbol of a corporate Bitcoin strategy. Amdax wants to play that role in Europe. It underscores Bitcoin’s evolution into a strategic alternative to gold and government bonds, and its position as a mature component of the financial markets.

Stablecoins remain in the spotlight.

Stablecoins remain one of the central themes of 2025. This week, the US state of Wyoming announced the launch of the first government-issued stablecoin, supported by Visa and usable across seven blockchains. A telling precedent: while Europe is still debating a potential central bank digital currency, a US state has already taken the step of issuing its own stablecoin.

Private initiatives are also moving forward. Metamask, the world’s largest crypto wallet, will soon launch its own stablecoin in partnership with Stripe. These moves cement stablecoins as the backbone of the digital economy, powering use cases from payments to capital markets.

Hyperliquid sets new records.

Decentralized trading platform Hyperliquid achieved the highest revenue per employee in the world this week: more than $100 million. That figure surpasses not only Tether and OnlyFans but also established names like Nvidia and Apple. It underlines the unmatched scalability and efficiency of crypto platforms.

Notably, the two companies with the highest revenue per employee are both crypto firms. This confirms the sector’s role as a leader in productivity and innovation, showing the power of combining technology and capital.
