How to qualify for your €15 bonus?

1. Sign up as a new customer via the Novelist App after March 12, 2025.
2. Invest a minimum of €500 within 14 days of registration.
3. Keep your minimum deposit of €500 in your Novelist account for at least 30 days.
4. Submit a support request after 30 days to claim your bonus (see instructions below).

Note: Bonuses are not granted automatically—you must submit a claim request. Only new customers who registered after March 12, 2025, are eligible. 

How to claim your bonus?

1. Click the link below and log in with your Novelist credentials.
2. Fill out the Welcome Bonus Claim Form.
3. We will review your request and respond within 7 days.
4. If you meet all requirements, €15 will be credited to your Novelist account within 5 business days.
5. If you do not meet the conditions, you will receive a written confirmation.
